Oliver Springs Vacation Packages

We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the price per night we paid. So disappointed. I doubt we ever stay there again.

Great location,

The place all together was very quiet and no issues. My main thing is the AC. We had an upstairs/downstairs unit and the upstairs would not cool, we all had to sleep with no blankets & that’s an awful nights sleep. The phone number on google was not up to date so trying to get ahold of somebody to figure out check in was a hassle & the number it has on the building to call if you check out before the building is open is not a working number also. The place was very cute, very quiet, & the staff is VERY FRIENDLY but for a family of six, we probably won’t be staying here again.

Liked having full kitchen and washer/dryer. Property is outdated, parking is abysmal. There are no property amenities like breakfast, ability to buy things like bottles of water or small items like small food items (muffins, fruit, yogurt). One front desk person was nice; someone was absolutely rude and unprofessional and if I were her manager, I would write her up and fire her. A manager did call me was very nice and called me because I had such an issue with the rude staff and He was kind but it was already the morning that we were leaving. They are really trying to be a time share. But, to be honest, I would never want to go there. It was not exactly a cheap place to stay at and I have had people that I know tell me to let them know where to stay because they may want to stay too. I cannot recommend. There are no services to speak of. Old elevators, parking and old rooms and dated furniture just make this a thumbs down on feeling like I got my money’s worth. Don’t forget to bag up your trash and run the dishwasher before you leave and go to your car which is squeezed into the worst parking garage that I have ever seen at a hotel in my life. I’m not even sure what they could have done to turn my opinion around about this place but maybe a credit because I had such a negative experience. We went and stayed at another hotel our last night off or trip and it was so much nicer-like night and day experience. What a shame!
