Manager was so helpful with booking as we had some questions. Very clean too!

I booked this room through a link from my workplace to attend a conference. When I arrived my reservation was cancelled and had no way to get a room there as it was fully booked. I provided a corp credit card during my booking but they told me due to non payment my booking was cancelled.

This is our second time here attending appointments at Cleveland Clinic. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms clean and up to date. It’s a great location for an easy 10 minute walk to appointments. In our previous stay we found the restaurant just ok. So we skipped past that this second trip and went to the restaurant called Table 45 at the Inter Continental on 93rd. That is exceptional. Note that this restaurant in not in the Inter Continental that is next door on Euclid. If we come back again we would happily stay at the Holiday Inn again.

We stayed here due to its location to the Guardians ballpark. Everything was just ok. Nothing really stood out, except parking was included in the cost.
