Hotel was definitely very tired. The room we stayed in the blinds were cut so they didn't cover the window and the street light made it hard to sleep

Hotel was very nice. Quiet and clean. The AC worked well in the room. The hotel location was great to go to Progressive Field. Also there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. If you buy the breakfast voucher, know the food was good but they were understaffed so be patient.

Knicks in 4. Perfect getaway to see the Knicks win in Cleveland. The hotel and the city was very welcoming for all of us who were enjoying the nba playoffs.

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We were at a Cleveland Guardians game tired when we checked in and just wanted a hot shower and good night sleep. We had two adults and 3 kids (11,13,15). Who puts a family of five in a room with a broken shower. The knob to pull the water through the shower head was completely broken. We DID NOT get a shower. The front desk said the general manager would call us. No one called. We are still waiting. The breakfast was terrible. Stale broken nature valley bars that crumbled upon opening ( I hope housekeeping vaccines our room before the next guest arrived) and my family of 5 had to share one orange. I asked if we could have one more and the hotel attendant just looked at me. We were returning to Cleveland at the end of the month and said if this was a good stay we would rebook this hotel. Now I will NEVER book this brand of hotels again - extended stay of America they are horrible. Worst experience.
