Absolutely the best place we stayed in a five day trip and the price was in line with the other places. Also the decorating was very clever, unique, and just fun. Definitely would stay there again!!

Property is new nice rooms & casino was nice only issue was ac in room was very loud had to get maintenance to look at it but same results. So I could not sleep well so I checked out a day before & stayed last day up in another hotel unfortunately management offered nothing but a discount if I ever come back witch made no since as im a florida resident

Sky Lofts in Hastings is what you get when people from rural Nebraska try to imagine what hip New Yorkers would like. My room was garish and overly modern. It felt like walking onto the set of a Stanley Kubrick film. Not the Shining (that at least would have been somewhat charming). More like A Clockwork Orange or 2001 Space Odyssey. There was no staff on site to speak of, and there was almost no signage indicating the entrance, or even that the hotel existed. After walking around looking where I'd been directed by IOS Maps, I finally gave up and called the hotel's number. A very stoned person, who was not on site, answered, the phone. I was directed to a door between two local bars that had the tiniest stenciled logo on the glass. I was verbally given my room entrance code and instructed to take the elevator up. The room itself was decked out like a crappy nightclub, and all of the lights and AC were operated by confusing remote controls. The room was comfortable enough once I got past the sleazy atmosphere, but there was no bar soap, only a dispenser with body wash. If you're anything like me, body wash is not acceptable as it always leaves me feeling like there is still soap on my body no matter how thoroughly I rinse. Finally, when I called the same number the next day to check out, there was no answer, and the vague outgoing message. I suspect the it was the personal phone of hte afore mentioned stoner.

Ice machine was not working. We were encouraged to use the ice maker in the fridge in the room. We did but there wasn’t very much ice. Toilet was constantly running when we first got there. By the end of the two night stay there was no water pressure when flushing the toilet.

We had a problem with the Shower, but upon mentioning it to staff, the problem was promptly fixed. The only down item is that there is no TV guide. In order to see what is playing in the evenings we had to search using our cell phone.
