Exceptional customer service and front desk. On arrival, extremely helpful and warm. Breakfast was a large variety of foods, and the hostess there was excellent. Could not help more. We had a large balcony and was wonderful. Pool very nice and watching boats and ferries delightful. Walking distance to Tugboats restaurant and also walked to Black Cat Tavern , both excellent. Would go back again

Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy.

The motel met our expectations, especially considering its affordable price. One of its biggest advantages is the excellent location, along with a large, free, and secure parking lot. The room was spacious and had a private exterior entrance. However, the décor looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. It included everything we needed—a comfortable bed, table, dresser, refrigerator, and microwave—but the worn, inexpensive carpeting made the room feel somewhat dated. Fortunately, both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The only oversight was a microwave that had not been cleaned and still had dried sauce stains inside. Aside from that, the overall cleanliness significantly improved our impression of the motel. AC very loud but worked well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The staff were super friendly and the homemade breakfast was so good.

Do not stay here trying to save some money, it is not worth it. The room was dirty, full of bugs. It looked like the barely clean in between people staying there. The property is not treated for bugs and you can’t even leave your room after sunset without them all coming in room. Breakfast was horrible and they put out the same food every day. Bathroom had sand and people hair. Do not stay here…
