Staff was kind to me but loudly complaining about another employee while I was checking in. Maintaince was suffering badly Tub resurface was peeling and cracking with rust spots around the drain. Hot water took about 5 minutes to reach my room. Stepped on an exposed tac strip in my room and punctured my heel. Shower caulking clearly done by a blind man and left on the bottom of the sink faucet handle from the maintaince using it to clean their hands. No ac in the pool room. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was nice but coffee was terrible. Over all very over priced for the condition of the hotel. Stairs looked lik they hadnt been swept or vacuumed at all this entire year. Its october... Wish I had taken some photos but was trying to over look it at the time in good faith.

Negatives: Nobody at the desk at 5pm for check in, no sign saying when they'd be back, and a 15 minute wait before someone came to the desk. Room was not at all well maintained. Walls badly in need of paint, lots of damage, a light bulb missing from a lamp fixture, dust and dirt collected along baseboards and corners, remote control on its last legs held together by tape. No box of kleenex. Floor was sticky in spots, clearly not mopped. The deadbolt did not engage when turned (the lock itself worked fine). Positives: The towels and sheets appeared clean, the supplies like soap and shampoo were provided, the A/C worked well, and the room smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was very basic but well stocked and sufficient for our needs. Overall: Would not recommend, would not stay at this property again unless everything else was booked solid.
