The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The evening reception was very nice and relaxing. Had a lot of drink options and plenty of choices for snacks (chips, veggies, dips, party mix). The breakfast buffet was nice and super convenient for everybody with plenty of seats.

Super location and a well maintained property with modern looks and amenities. Beale St. and the arena are literally steps from the property. The rooms are very nice sized and the bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

You can really tell that the hotel has seen better days. The casino was fine, but there really wasn’t any place to sit and drink if you wanted to sit at a bar unless you were gambling. Overall, we would not go back.
