Pangburn Vacation Packages

Although the Baker did not fully live up to our expectations, it has the potential to be a standout property given its unique character and excellent location. Greater attention to detail would go a long way, from overall cleanliness and the quality of the towels and pillows to the addition of at least one comfortable sitting chair in each suite. These are relatively straightforward improvements that could noticeably elevate the guest experience. Given that Little Rock has a noticeable gap in overall hotel quality and relatively few compelling boutique options, the Baker's owners have a real opportunity to distinguish the property. With thoughtful investment and a stronger focus on consistency and comfort, the Baker could become one of the city's more memorable places to stay. One additional concern: the photos on Expedia did not fully align with what we actually experienced upon arrival. Updating the photography to more accurately reflect the current condition and appearance of the property would help set appropriate expectations for future guests.

Nice clean place. more like a motel but more clean

Good staff and clean bug free rooms. I will continue to use them in the future for sure.

This is a Red Roof undergoing renovation and it needs it. Showing its age.

The location was terribly inconvenient and there was no food nearby so you have to go to the gas station if you want food within walking distance. The hallway walls have like coffee spilled on them and nobody bothers to clean it. The rooms are in poor condition.. the the shower in the room I was in was peeling in multiple places so I didn’t even think about showering in there. The ceiling has been painted but not even completely so it’s like three different colors and it just feels filthy so if you’re looking for a cheap convenience stay I mean it has a bed so that’s all you’re gonna get there. You pay for what you get for at this place. In the morning, there were a couple of us trying to check out at about seven and there was nobody on site that could produce the receipts so they made everybody wait over half an hour until the one person that knew how to do it showed up.
