Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve Vacation Packages

48 King West Boutique Hotel quietly stole the last evening of our fall road trip. Tucked into the heart of Brockville — right on the St. Lawrence River, at the gateway to the Thousand Islands — this little boutique gem was the perfect place to land after a week of chasing autumn colors through Vermont. Warm, beautifully kept, and full of character. Some hotels you forget by checkout; this isn't one of them. ✨ If your road ever takes you through Brockville, don't just drive past — stay.

Didn’t get the upgraded room that I payed for

Clean large room with a couch area. Will definitely come back again-great price and location

Very chic hotel, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, close to downtown so you can park in the underground parking garage and walk to explore the city

Excellent all around.

It was NOT a good stay whatsoever. I had requested a disabled parking spot which was ignored. The lone staff member greeting us was in sweats with no bra. Far too casual IMHO, but she assured us our room was quiet but suggested the breakfast was not worth staying for. Our room was very difficult to find in the dark. It was rainy and pitch black and we had to drive around the complex twice. We parked as close as we could but it still required climbing a knoll or maneuvering a dark ramp. Not easy tasks using a cane. At first glance the room appeared “ok”. Two queen beds. However, the sheets on one bed were dirty and when we attempted to call the main desk, the phone was dead. So, we used one bed which was uncomfortable. The noise from the room above us and the room heater/fan was annoying to say the least. The toilet paper holder fell out of the vanity so I just left it on the floor. I would not recommend staying here whatsoever, but I did speak with the manager as we were leaving. He was aware of the unprofessional appearance, the phones being out, the lack of adequate lighting, and wondered why we were not given the accessible room. Frankly, I was surprised he knew about these issues but had done nothing, but he said he had only been on the job for a week. In the end, he refunded our room by 50% which I accepted. And, the breakfast was NOT worth as she said.
