Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

The room was clean, we had to ask for a fridge since the one in the room is only for the mini bar. The AC didn’t work as well as we’d like due to the heat. Housekeeping did check on us every day.

Yes there was everything we needed right there to cook with, we didn’t make it to the pool but next time!!
