Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests

The Corallium Dunamar by Lopesan Hotels was a very pleasant stay. Hotel Room= Clean and just the right temperature. Very slow internet. Pool= 3 pools that were clean, and each had a different vibe, i.e., quiet, entertaining, or sunbathing. Beach= Across the street and extremely crowded, and the water was cold. Food (All inclusive)= The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet was very satisfying. Good food and a variety of choices. Staff= All staff were pleasant and ready to help. The front desk staff was especially pleasant and helpful. Convenient from the airport 20 mins

This stay was great Food is buffet style but had a wide range The staff were lovely The pool is warm and clean Great links to wider attractions Adults only so no dealing with small children Local shop for everything we needed at a very reasonable price

Paid for premium drinks then told I can't have the premium ones No AC in the restaurant and only one bar with long queues food quaility was insulting and air conditioning in room didn't work I regret wasting MY money here
