Fine location. Nice room. No coffee machine though

We come down to NOLA at least once a year. First time staying at the Sheraton on Canal St and the staff is great! Everyone very kind and helpful. The rooms could use a good deep clean and some updating. The carpet was extremely dirty. It is dark brown and you could see black stains all over it. The edges were so dusty they were white. Our socks were filthy from walking on it. I’m not sure what was happening with the air conditioning but every time it kicked on there were visible particles in the air. It’s too bad because the staff is amazing. The Westin or Hyatt Centric are much cleaner.

My stay was great. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location made everything easy, with plenty of restaurants and spots within walking distance and the French Quarter just a short stroll away. I never needed a car or rideshare. Would stay again on my next trip to New Orleans.

Great place, on a quieter edge of the French quarter and very close enough to the nightlife area. The residence is beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful, simply said they are excellent. Nice breakfast and pool. So many things to do, see and eat within walking distance. I suggest every head up the road and go to the sculpture park, it’s amazing. We will be back.
