No ice anywhere. Tv would not work, but was moved to another room that tv did work. Not being offensive to the nice desk clerk but to work with public he had face disabilities that prevented him from speaking hardly at all and could not be understood.

The breakfast was terrible and so was the orange juice. For the cost of this hotel, the food quality was very very poor. I called and made a reservation for my dad, Kenny was super nice and helpful. However, later, I had to change my reservation and pay online bc it was weird to me that in the year 2026 that they were unable to accept payment by credit card over the phone. That leads to inadequate customer service. Therefore, in order to pay online it actually cost me about $40 more. Then I had to change traveler information on Expedia and the lady on duty was kind of rude and not wanting to actually check to ensure the names were changed. This caused alot of upset and confusion with my family who had been moving all day. Will not be our first choice in the area from here on out, for sure. Kuddos to Kenny for his amazing customer service though. Great employee!
