Property was very safe and comfortable!! Super clean room, comfortable beds, good lighting and parking. Only negative thing - ice machine not working. Would stay here again.

Our room was clean, the bathroom sink and toilet were clean as well. The hot water was very good, as in, watch it, you can burn yourself easily….the thermostat is set at 140 degrees (a guess only). However….the “BED” was perfectly awful…old, way too soft, sagged terribly and had a winter comforter and bedspread cover meant for winter months….not 90+ degree temperatures. The air conditioning vents directly onto the bed, making it feel like you’re in a convertible on the road. The room is so small, there is no end table on the right side….just the floor. I had about 12 inches between the bed and the wall. If you want light in the room, pull the drapes to one side and….everyone gets to see you in your room! Needless to say, both my wife and I slept so poorly, we ended up canceling our three day trip after one day in Hot Springs, AR (there were additional reasons, but the poor sleep didn’t help one bit). If I could pass on one key piece of advice, please, please ensure the BED has a quality mattress on it and plan to replace it on regular intervals (whatever it might be). The daily rental price for this room was very good, but this is also an outstanding example of “you get what you pay for”.

This was a most pleasant stay! Very pretty and calming location right on the water. Only complaints was the heat…. In afternoon the door which was metal got so hot I burned myself and the A/C just couldn’t keep up. Not the properties fault, just climate change heating up our earth! Some complained about the bed being too hard but I had no complaints. Just the heat!
