The staff was incredibly kind, but the room was dirty and it was very difficult to get any help getting it cleaned. There were no towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the television didn’t work and they never came up to fix it.

Staff was amazing so respectful and helpful, even helped me move rooms when something was wrong or didn’t work, they had a waffle maker and vending machines, pool was gross but it’s not summer yet so it’s not being used anyways, half the rooms acs didn’t work and it was so hot but they had no issue ...

The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom shower taps could be cleaned better and the shower/tub was making awful loud cracking noises when I was taking a shower. I felt bad for the guests below us.
