I was upgraded to a newly renovated room. I liked the window bench over the ac/heating unit. There were a few things I told them about (desk light didn’t work & ad stuck on TV screen). They immediately addressed the issues.

Breakfast was very limited, no yogurt, no eggs, no muffins, etc. It’s an older hotel, definitely could use some updating. It also looks like people live in some of the rooms, based on all the crap piled up on the windowsills.

Dirty and dingy. No evidence of maintenance inside and out. Tv was not user friendly. Had to call to get convoluted instructions. Husband nearly fell in shower because of slippery tub. Only thing good was coffee.
