First we tried to find the place and the entire road was blocked off for construction and the road was dirt. Then we attempted to contact them to find out what was going on through hotels.com and the clerk said that there was no problem or construction going on, a complete lie. Attempted to get money back because we couldn't get our luggage through the dirt and didn't want to carry everything 8 blocks and through a construction site, which should be perfect understandable, but they wanted to play hard ball. So, I will publicly denounce them to my many followers on every social media site.

The host was very responsive to all questions and the loft was quite large & spacious.

The room was very spacious and clean. It accommodated 5 of us. The communication was on point and prompt. I would definitely book this place again.

Our third time staying at this hotel, and once again, an excellent experience! The staff are amazing—friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The hotel is spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We always enjoy our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

There was a mouldy smell when we entered the loft. The property was responsive but the smell lingered on. We opened windows to get rid of the smell.

Don’t forget to bring change for the laundry , no payment by card or visa
