VERY DIRTY, both beds had stains on them and what I can only assume were pubes. Towels also had pubes on them. Stains all over chair, couldn't use heat because it smelled like rot and something burnt. Mattresses are hard, there was also a NEEDLE shoved through the curtains that stabbed me in the hand when closing curtains. No hand soap. You have to share parking with anyone at the diner. Cafe/diner is fantastic, staff is nice and helpful, room was pretty cheap and didn't have bugs so that saved it from being 1 star

Wonderful hotel in downtown Nashville!! Great location, clean spacious rooms, super-helpful staff, and delicious food in the restaurant. My only dislike were the pillows—much too overstuffed/thick for my comfort.

I loved the staff very helpful did every thing I asked and more very beautiful place and is a great place to stay its clean updated and had a great breakfast also thanks Kayla and Heather for all you guys help with all my questions and for trying your very best todo every thing I ask about if it was possible you made it happen to yalls very best thank you lady's so much

Loved this place! I especially liked being able to pull my vehicle right up to the door of the room. The area is well maintained and the beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this place.

The pool heater was in process of being repaired, but a cold pool wasn't the worst in the world! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, they even had bandages for a mishap of my hubby's! We enjoyed our stay and will come again. Breakfast was nice and fresh, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything about the inn was fabulous, down to the heated floors in the bathroom. The ladies in the office were great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very well appointed. The only improvement I would offer is that I would recommend that they check out their mattresses. The one in our room sloped downward from the center. We fixed it by putting one of the large bed pillows under the mattress and it was great after that.
