Great location,

We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the price per night we paid. So disappointed. I doubt we ever stay there again.

All in all it was a great stay. Only thing I would recommend is fixing the gaps around the door to make the room not as muggy.

Great facilities, but difficult to navigate at night. Their shuttle system was a major plus.

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

It’s in such a convenient spot, clean and safe feeling, parking lot is small but still fine stayed the last 3 times we been there

The place all together was very quiet and no issues. My main thing is the AC. We had an upstairs/downstairs unit and the upstairs would not cool, we all had to sleep with no blankets & that’s an awful nights sleep. The phone number on google was not up to date so trying to get ahold of somebody to figure out check in was a hassle & the number it has on the building to call if you check out before the building is open is not a working number also. The place was very cute, very quiet, & the staff is VERY FRIENDLY but for a family of six, we probably won’t be staying here again.

This is a great place to stay beautiful surroundings very close to the Smoky Mountain national Park. the home is in great condition very clean lots of towels available in each bathroom
