besides having someone steal our door dash order which was not fault of the hotel we had a nice stay.

I didn’t like that there’s no one to help you with luggage. I had heavy suitcases that I had to maneuver and figure out, even with the luggage cart it was a struggle and not a good way to begin trip after traveling for iver 24 hours they don’t clean your room everyday and you have to go down for deliveries. There’s no to your door service

My room was decent with a small kitchen, which I liked but minimal kitchen storage. No place to put clothes, no dresser. Or drawers of any type in living area of room. No toilet paper or any basic supplies to get started. Freezer worked well for frozen foods and ice cream.

The villa that my wife and I stayed in was nothing short of magnificent

Love the property because of the free dog access. Sadly her dog bowls never got to the room, but we improvised. It's still nice that it's offered and all the staff are always accommodating. Sanaa remembered to make sure I had my morning bloody Mary this morning, which was great!

I am a HUGE believer in the Hilton brand and Embassy Suites hotels all around the country and this particular hotel around airport was nothing less than spectacular. Very clean hotel and oh so convenient location to the interstates. Love the safe parking lot and being able to walk the dog around the property and not feel uneasy. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. The suite was so clean and had the greatest a/c in the Atlanta heat reaching over 100°, while I was there. Quiet even through the weekend with an abundance of children around and plenty of parking. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will be returning next time.

The check in staff and housekeeping were pretty great but the staff at the bless your heart and downstairs restaurant were very rude and slow. They acted like they didnt want to serve you or that you were annoying them. Just bad experience with those two things. They also added an additional tip onto your bill so watch that.

Great property and only 6 miles north of downtown, made it easy to get to the World Cup activities.
