The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, was dirty and not well maintained at all. The elevator malfunctioned a few times during my stay and I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that the "button on the outside is broke and you have to hit it hard". TV in room did not work, bathtub/shower was not cleaned from previous guest there was obvious dirt on the floor, loose and long hairs from previous guest on pillow cases and sheets, A/C unit did work but had an obnoxious buzzing sound. Overall the photos and description of the hotel were NOT true to what it was like in person.

Generally a good trip. There was some wear and tear to the property and one of the elevators didn’t work. Would have given better stars, but an employee knocked on our door waking us up at 9am and then just walked in after I said please come later. He said something in our room was dripping but no faucets were on, and as we hadn’t used the shower. We got in very late the night prior and I was irritated that this employee woke us up and then just walked into our room.

Room itself was fine. All common areas including hallways and elevators and stairs reeked of weed

Room was clean. Shower had a few areas that needed cleaned better and water pressure could be better. Pancake machine was down 1/2 the week. Nice selection of juices for breakfast. In a quiet area even though hwy nearby. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice.
