Prestonsburg Vacation Packages

When figuring out where to stay, my husband and I always do our research. All the reviews we read for the hotel were good and the photos looked great. However, when we got there, it didn’t look much like what was pictured, the air conditioning took a while in the room to get going and actually cool the room off. I don’t recommend the complimentary breakfast at all, because there isn’t much of one. The beds were way too soft for us and our kids, but we got a decent night’s sleep. The room overall was clean and we really didn’t have much to complain in that area. My son had a lot of fun in the pool and my family and I all enjoyed the courtyard area. There were multiple places to sit and fire pits you can use. There were also a couple of games out there that we all enjoyed. Overall it was an okay stay given we only stayed one night, but we don’t plan on going back.

The hotel is very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a view out the NW facing the visitor center. The room was clean and ready. The bathroom was really nice, and well laid out. The bar is still not open so don’t go by the pictures in the listing, but it wasn’t why we picked this hotel anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. The art galleries are nice but limited. The location is great if you want to stay downtown but for the price, parking should be included at the lot across the street. It’s Lexington KY not NYC… No breakfast included but we could walk easily to a nice little place a few blocks away.

Great spot, nice rooms. Lovely breakfast spot. Be sure to enjoy the patio.

This hotel was first rate, clean room, great breakfast, well maintained. We would stay here again.

There was a small issue with our room, unfortunately it was after hours so the front desk staff, although very kind, were unable to correct the issue. We were able to contact the general manager and he was able to get us to another room very quickly. Over all a good stay!

Ms Carla was a woman looking after everyone at breakfast making sure we had an enough to eat and that the eating area was neat and tidy. She was FABULOUS! All people we dealt with at the front desk were polite and efficient.
