For the price it was pretty good. Some tenants in the building may or may not be conducting illegal activities though. But there were no bugs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a privately owned hotel trying to survive. I would and possibly will stay again soon. Also, while the property wasn't in the greatest condition. They did clean. I was in a smoking room as well. So those are typically not in as good of condition as the non smoking rooms.

Loved the courtyard at the entry and the room was decorated lovely with a super comfortable bed. We were a bit disappointed to have been placed in the room with the HVAC view, and the shower lacked pressure. The staff out front and the upstairs bar area were fantastic.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and furniture was nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. No scrambled eggs, but I was told the person who normally prepared it had a medical condition. It should be back to par by now.

The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!
