Racine Vacation Packages

From the outside and lobby the appearance is good. For the cost per night the hotel needs to be updated especially the rooms. There was a very stuffy old smell in the room. Not what I’m used to for a weekend stay. The indoor pools looked great but was cold and hot tub out of service. Definitely didn’t understand $50 fee to use the spa amenities (sauna, heated pool, steam room). Unfortunately I wouldn’t start again.

The rooms were dated and musty. The front desk staff was often behind the doors of the office and not at the front desk. I often called even though I was at the front desk to get help.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and our dog was comfortable.
