This property is in an awesome location! Directly on the river Ness. Charming neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful. Only reason not 5 star across the board is the lack of provided toiletries (hair care products) and the distillery’s lack of brand products. Were told they not yet producing whisky? Anyway, the breakfast was amazing and overall experience was excellent!

A lovely hotel in an amazing town. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The rooms were a little small, no place to put clothes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size.

The staff nice and particularly at Seumas' Bar they are so lovely and helpful. Great Food!

Excellent location, large parking for free. Rooms well maintained with elegant look.Not all rooms have river view - check when booking, definitely worth it. Breakfast very nice and rich , the “full Scottish “ was nothing to write home about but nicely served and very attentive staff
