Was checked in to a room that was already occupied! Had to go back down to get another room. New room has a door that won’t close or open unless pushed hard. Room was clean enough until we saw a cockroach floating in the toilet bowl on day 3 of our stay! Housekeeping still comes in even with do not disturb sign at the door. Breakfast was ok, the same food the whole stay. Don’t even bother with the gym…equipment barely works. Pool is open but disgusting. One of the side doors to the hotel doesn’t even close..anybody can come in from the parking lot. Come to find out upon day of checkout that they were trying to charge me again for the new room! Front desk staff were helpful in getting that fixed! Spend your money elsewhere!

Mi estancia fue buena, solo que mi cuarto no estaba completamente limpio, sobre todo el baño, espejos sin limpiar y pelos en el shower de allí en adelante todo estuvo bien.

Staff went missing from front desk for about 30 minutes around 11 p.m. when I had an issue with my room and needed to switch rooms-Housekeeping were loud in the hallways in the mornings, didn’t even clean mainly just messed around. Floors were sticky, no clean towels, breakfast was ok but the same thing for 3 days gets old. No water to drink is available unless you pay $4 for a bottled water and they charged me $17 for an unknown reason and management couldn’t tell me why. Worse holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Not safe for a female solo traveler.

It was that good. Need Improvement in the rooms are restroom had a whole on the roof the beds were not that comfortable but that was only thing we could find for that night

Sticky carpet, turns out that exists. Smelly, useless staff. Keys quit working twice
