Towels should be better if washed after every usage I found them folded and dirty that was so disgusting

Staff was friendly, breakfast was yummy, rooms were clean and roomy, quiet property and got good sleep!

The Positives: Staff: The front desk clerk upon check-in was friendly and polite. First Impressions: The exterior of the property looks very well-maintained. Climate Control: The air conditioning unit worked great. Pool: The pool area itself was decent. The Negatives: Room Maintenance & Safety: Multiple burnt-out light bulbs in the bathroom, a broken dresser (which staff casually admitted they already knew about and plan to fix during an upcoming remodel), crown molding falling off the walls, and paint peeling throughout the room. Cleanliness: Overall, the facility felt horribly dirty. Comfort & Amenities: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there were no USB ports or modern device charging cables in the walls, and the TV guide system was frustrating to use. Recreation & Dining: The hot tub failed to heat up properly, and the complimentary breakfast rated a mediocre 5 out of 10. Noise: Excessive noise transfer from guests walking and running around in the room above. Final Recommendation: Skip this property until their planned renovations are fully completed.
