The room was clean but the window was in the direction of the entrance and no drapes. So I had to have the blinds down the entire time otherwise would be completely exposed. This means no view of the outside.

Staff. Good breakfast choices. Room had some dirt/dog hair on floor. I’m happy they are dog friendly, but need to clean floors better.

One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back
