Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but not really comfy. Pillows are well used an flat only 2... As for cleaning for towels an trash. Out of 4 days. Only once an we had to ask for it. They where nice to hand us clean towels.

Polite staff, welcome champagne, Derby event, Sparkling clean room, Easy valet service, and walkable location to restaurants across the street if you wish to dine outside of the hotel. Will definitely return!

Enjoyable place to stay. The museum adds a unique experience and atmosphere!

The hotel is clean and the room was nice and very clean, plus comfortable beds. Pool was good, fitness has very little equipment, some did not work.

Ordered 4 queen size rooms. You would think if 1 person ordered 4 rooms they would all be on the same floor. Also 2 of our rooms were not queen beds. They were full size in small rooms.

Very cute and centrally located. Comfortable bed and rooms. Desk clerk very friendly.

Breakfast staff was great. Pool was old but ok. Couldn’t hook up my Apple TV or switch for my boys and manager was rude when I asked.

room was as advertised, no working ice machines, breakfast area was disappointing, the display for the menu was not working and the staff did not acknowledge us while we were standing there waiting to be helped
