Room was amazing and very clean. Normally in hotels you find things that haven’t been dusted in a while but not one spot of dust or dirt anywhere. Carpet in the bedroom was even clean. Staff members were very helpful, valet a little slow but friendly. Coffee shop was good. We were there for wedding and had groomsmen in our room the day of. It was perfect with large living size and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.

Always clean and friendly

The hotel has a great location with a garage right across the street - in addition to the on site valet parking. Very walkable to Heritage Bank Arena and GABP and lots of dining. We arrived shortly after check in time to be told that our room wasn't ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes for a room to become available. The staff was friendly and provided extra drink tickets as compensation, but we only used 1 of the 2 that comes with a stay - so 2 more really didn't benefit us. The room ($350+) itself was on the small side, but nicely outfitted and clean. Not really a problem for us because we don't stay in the room much on trips - it's just a place to sleep and call basecamp. If you need room to spread out and work, these rooms might not be your ideal setup.
