The air conditioning was not engaged. We had to open windows to get the home cooled down. Besides that, we loved the location and conditions of the home. Thank you

We chose this property as an less expensive option for Baylor Parent Weekend (when local hotels increase their rates). Well, you get what you pay for. Overall this hotel is in rough shape. While our room itself was clean, the exterior of the property leaves A LOT to be desired. The hotel is broken into 3 different buildings, with no clear direction of how to access each one (no signage). The lobby is unwelcoming and the foreign workers at the front desk were less than helpful. The pool (which we were looking forward to) was fully green when we arrived and "closed for maintenance", although it did re-open on the day we checked out. While we slept comfortably and the A/C worked well, our bathroom outlet was broken (leaving me to dry my hair near the desk), the toilet seat was skewed to the side, there were large brown stains on our carpet, we had no sink stopper, and no soap provided at the bathroom sink (although a previous guest's soap was found between the sink & the counter). In general just sloppy paint everywhere (on the light fixture, the toilet paper holder, etc.) We requested clean towels not once, but twice. Once we were told they would come back and the next "they didn't have any". As we checked out, my husband encountered an elderly woman in a wheelchair that was also looking for help with clean towels & having her trash emptied (she was staying for an extended time). My husband had to go into the lobby & request that she get her room serviced immediately.

Very adequate place, and I would stay again.

Worst motel ever, dirty, mold in room and bathroom, awful experience.
