Good location to the train & bus stations & downtown. Nice room & bathroom. Only issue I had was the toilet kept running but when I told the staff they got right on it.

The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.

We had a one night stay, while the decor was a little on the strange side, the cleanliness of our room was sparkling, literally, the chrome handles in the bathroom and shower, the shower was flawless white, this was the most clean hotel I’ve slept in. The evening staff was okay but the young man in the morning was exceptional, friendly and quick to serve. My husband didn’t care for the decorations, wanting a more traditional look but I would definitely stay again. Clean and friendly service is more important to me, plus it is a great location, 7 minutes from where our son and his family live.
