Very nice hotel, but we didn’t get the room that we had reserved so we had to go to Management to get the issue fixed, the bathroom had a wonderful jacuzzi, but when we called to get bubbles or salt, they told us that they didn’t have any available. Not even to purchase and they suggested that we used shower gel. At the restaurant we had a great dinner. Unfortunately, the check came with more items than the ones we actually had, the issue was corrected, but for an hotel of this quality, luxury, These Things should not happen.

Perfect place to stay ! I love it

Good Spa experience. Beautiful pool area. Nice fitness center. Upon check-in I was giving the key to an occupied room. Had to return to reception and assigned a new room.
