I had the worst time the power without when I asked about. When will the power be coming back on? They had a young teenager at the desk telling me, I had to wait until Monday to talk to a manager. This was on Friday, July 3rd, there was no power in the room. You\n Could not even use the shower cause the water was cold. So when I tried to talk to the manager that followed week before I checked out on that Tuesday, I was told that I should have checked out that Friday when I had flew in from San Francisco and they will not refund. My money , because I ordered online so since they were so insensitive in how they treated me, I did contact my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and I am going to contact anybody I can because I felt I was given injustice for a room that I could not take a shower in. Are relax in because of no power and no hot water. They told me was because of the storm they were coming in and out, but more than half the hotel was still lit up and when I looked at rules from outside their rooms were still they're on power was still on in their rooms. So that lets me know that there was something wrong with the idea that I flew in from out of town , and they could not accommodate me with a rule that works

Beautiful place, bed was super comfortable, pool was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. Overall the stay was amazing and I will definitely be back.

For the price point, this stay met or exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. AC was cold. Carpet had some fraying and stains, but I read the reviews and managed my expectations going in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again for a night.

Very budget friendly downtown hotel. It does seem to be renovated from a 2 star hotel and the aesthetic is nice but still noticeably dated.

Fantastic stay

Free parking!! The hotel staff was friendly, helpful. Room was clean, quiet and close to our venue so we walked to the event and took free shuttle back to hotel.

Awful awful stay here. It was only one night I had booked as my Dad had surgery and we just needed a few hours rest. They couldn’t find my paid in full reservation because it was booked through hotel.com. I booked to queen beds and was told none were available. I had to settle for a king bed and pull out sofa. He tried to charge me double. They gave us wet bedding for the sofa pull out. The tv didn’t work. The tiles on the bathroom floor all moved when you walked on them. The entire place was filthy. Then informs me that they are under construction and because of that no pool workout room or breakfast.
