We were very disappointed after being gone all day on Saturday when we got back to the room. It was just like it was when we left. Housekeeping hasn't made it bed or leave use fresh towels. When we checked out I asked if my points had been added to my rewards account. The reply I got was "They should have been." She didn't even bother to check. I think I was overcharged for the room. I can't find the emails to verify that.

Front of the room and bathroom smelled of smoke bad! Using a Glade Plug in air freshener to mask the smell doesn’t work! I unplugged the Glade Plug In because it was plugged at the face level which burned your nose and eyes. It was also plugged next to the microwave! TV volume didn’t work, twice had staff come fix it but if you turned off the TV it went back to volume not working when turned back on! Pot holes in the parking lot!
