Nice place to sleep for a night without traveling all the way home

We traveled in for an EMU volleyball game and stayed one night. Hotel was nice and room was very clean! We would definitely stay again when we're in town.

The front desk staff who checked us in were lovely and made our stay great from the start by accommodating an early check-in. I really enjoyed the restaurant's rich history, excellent food, and attentive service, and the bar was cozy and inviting. The aromatherapy in the hallways was a fantastic touch as well. The room exceeded expectations—the bathroom's Bluetooth mirror made listening to music in the rain shower so much fun, and the heated seat bidet was a wonderful luxury. Also, taking the $3.00 round-trip shuttle bus to the University of Michigan game was incredibly convenient. We will definitely be staying here again! Best, Shawn Dee Hartless

The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back.
