No coffee maker in the room, Chain link in room was broken Back door was supposed to be key card entry but was broken so anyone could get in

This hotel was perfect for what we needed during our stay. We were staying as we had appointments at the Mayo. Shuttle was handy, but also close enough that we could walk as well. There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel and surrounding areas, but never affected our stay. The room was amazing. So nice and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time. The owner, Richard, was delightful. The house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. Breakfast was great. Not a single negative thing I can think of from our visit!

The room was clean, however the entire place is very dark and old. The staff were OK. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Kitchen was clean. Overall, the king bed was old as you could see the indentions in the bed on each side. The bathroom shower area very small. Alot of wasted space in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location. They had patio dining. We didn’t get a chance to eat there but would like to the next time we’re in the area. Customer service was excellent! I had an early flight which they accommodated and let me check in early and I was able to take a long nap. Hotel could use a renovation but then rates would be a lot higher. The room was clean and that was what counted the most. The air freshener on the 2nd floor was a little strong for my liking. They had a nice selection for breakfast which was complimentary. The breakfast area was spacious with plenty of room to eat. I would stay here again. Thank you!
