Room size was good, but lift was not in service, very limited parking but offered by site. Staff is good and helpful Bed were very uncomfortable and no Fan or AC available.

Will definitely return , chef makes some very good variations , friendly staff , good pub bar , cozy , very clean spaces

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by cheerful efficient staff and this continued throughout our stay. Excellent room facilities and very clean which was greatly appreciated to see such high standards were being set. Must say that both my wife and I commented that this stay was one of the best experiences of staying in hotels in over 50 years of marriage. All staff departments should be proud of the high standards of hospitality shown at all times.Very Big Thank You for making our stay very special and looking forward to returning..

Smaller dark room than expected, but food in restaurant excellent.

Loved staying here, a short walk from the P&J for the International Bell Symposium. The staff were always available and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, and the room was perfect for my needs. Many thanks!
