Parking was difficult, the hallways were filthy and the rooms were definitely outdated. Beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The ladies at the desk at check-in and checkout were friendly tho.

Restaurant could have been better. Food and service was 2.5 average.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a positive experience. But the hot tub had only one working jet. When reporting this, the front desk said management has no intention of fixing it.

There were a bunch of issues with the room. The bathroom sink stopper was broken, I had to lossen it so it would drain properly. The chairs were significantly stained and had all manner of weird marks on them. There was spinach left in the fridge from the previous people. There's a sign saying dishes in the dishwasher were clean. They absolutely were not. There was food all over them,. It was clear they just ran the dishwasher and didn't even check them after. The shower soap was completely empty; it wasn't even checked. The porperty is also in a dingy part of town. More than one local told me there's a lot of gang problems in the area. On the good side, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great at all, but hot breakfast is hot breakfast so I'll take it. Due to the gross nature of the room though, I wouldn't stay here again and I do not recommend people stay here. It's borderline unsanitary.
