Rowlands Castle Vacation Packages

The property is located right next the marina and had a wonderful sunset view over the water. We were upgraded to a suite, which had a bath in the bedroom and a large balcony. The HARBar on the 6th floor served wonderful food.

The good, friendly, clean, great location, nice room, 2pm checkout. Overall a great place to stay. Minor issues - Keycard couldn't be issued initially. Had keys by later in evening. Smaller bed then requested.

We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself.

Just a few things. Receptionist was pretty rude. No hello. No acknowledgment. When I used to come back I said hello and was ignored. My wife said the same thing on separate occasions. Room itself was a good size and had everything. Only issue was a very weird smell. Not sure what it was but was very strong. Also there was pee in the toilet already even though the apartment was cleaned. I wouldn't stay here again but it is a good room for someone on a budget who likes to cook themselves etc.

The apartment was huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Including the master bedroom being en suite , which gave us 2 bathrooms which was an added bonus.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, and not had an issue. On the occasion, the reception was very understaffed at all times and the bar was too with only one experienced member of staff who tried his best. Long waits for drink and food orders and when food came with no knives and forks despite requests for some they didn’t arrive until after we’d ate our food with our hands. The fire alarm went off twice and no one came to see if we were ok or tell us to enter the building. Time to find a different hotel in the area.
