The property was close to town. Which was good. The room lacked a garbage can, other than the tiny one in the bathroom. There were no hand towel holders, which would have been convenient. Also a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. The street noise was very loud. No place to walk the dog.

Stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned not once! Called the front and they said they will do it after the second night but didn’t. Had to put trash in hallway in order for them to take it. Water was hot room was clean. Queen beds were actually full size beds. Breakfast was not bad. Will I stay here again that will be no. I will say Robin that works at the front desk was very sweet.

The entire hotel is in need of major renovation. Be prepared for lots of added on fees. We were not. Need to hire a new chef-food was terrible . We had seafood Buffett & dinner next night for our anniversary, which they were aware of. Big mistake. Baths & spa were great but again they add extra fees. Pool was very bad shape. Not only did we request maid service & I tipped her $10.00, told her we would be there few days, she left us no soap. Took one hour for someone to bring us someone. & tipped $2. Wasn’t aware we had to ask for maid service each day. So, again called for towels, took 30 mins & another couple bucks tip. We ordered 2 hamburgers & fries to take to pool on Sat. Took 30 mins. And more fees. While bartender lady decided to visit w/her friend instead of checking on our order. Other lady had to go get our order. We knew in advance valet was $30/night & we were good w/this. However, when we arrived we asked how we pay & the attendant said it was free. Okay! We tipped him $20. When we left 3 days later tipped $10 when we got our car. Well, looking at our bill, not only did they charge us $30/day but tax & that other fee! So needless to say, we prob will not recommend this hotel nor will we back even though will be returning to Hot Springs for the horse races. This was our 45th anniversary trip & to say our stay underwhelming is well accurate.
