Nice room very clean. Wasn't many plug sockets but luckily i have packed an extension lead. Nice clean room Bed Wasn't to bad too

I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip recently. The place is fine but was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty/dirty and there was food in the kitchen from a previous stay. The internet was also very intermittent so I couldn’t watch tv one evening which was annoying. For the price there are better places.

We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. It was ideally situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre so we found we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to walk to very quickly. I paid through Hotels.com but was charged extra afterwards for various fees which I did not like but I was stuck with the booking by then.

As a lifelong fan from the states, I couldn’t have gotten luckier when choosing a place to stay for my first match experience at Anfield. Ali was very kind and welcoming as soon as I got there and throughout my stay. Next time I’ll have to bring the miss and my brothers. YNWA!
