We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff very friendly, undergoing renovations

I will start with the negative. They advertise a seasonal outdoor pool. However, it’s been out of order for months and they have no timeline when or if it will be fixed. The outdoor pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place. I suggest stop advertising the pool until it’s fixed. Second the elevator went out of order on the second day and we had to climb three flights of stairs. Lastly, the parking is very tight. I would suggest only driving a car or small SUV. That being said the condo itself was beautiful. Very large with a fireplace, jetted tub, balcony, and a full kitchen. They also had a nice outdoor hot tub and pick-nick area. The complex is just a few blocks downhill to everything. Great location. We definitely enjoyed our stay just wished everything was as advertised and in working order. Also it is very budget friendly.

This is the best place to stay. Make sure to eat at Paula Deans, best chicken ever.

My kids had a blast on the waterslide. Jessica was so friendly and helped my little one so I could catch her. They played until it closed. There was something on the bed but they gave us new bedding. There were also hidden fees I didn’t know about for the amenities. Would stay again though.
