I was okay, nothing extraordinary

Room was a little outdated but overall everyone was helpful during our stay.

Nothing fancy but the balcony over the river makes up for any qualms. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I’ve stayed here before and will gladly stay again.

the rooms where very clean and Leann in the front office was extremely helpful with a Wi-Fi issue we were having in our room, we can't thank her enough the staff in the dining room and the maintenance crew were very polite and accommodating the view of the brook was very relaxing the one downfall was the pool was not heated and too cold to use but the waterfall in the pool was beautiful.

All the above. And Gatlinburg is absolutely the best tourist town I have ever visited. The best gift stores and restaurants ever. Not to mention the night life!
