This hotel is an absolute delight. We had 2 rooms for our group and both were gorgeous. And the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is also perfect.

Excellent property.

The property is colorful, clean and well maintained with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. We ate at the Bijou restaurant twice because it was amazing and we wanted to try as many dishes as possible.

Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean. Close to train which why we picked it for that night.

Wonderful property and attention to customer service. We requested a new item for the room and they promptly responded and a new item was brought to the room by housekeeping. Felt secure and safe. Location was prefect for Place Royale and AML cruises. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel iconic and an experience to visit at least once in your life. However, it is an old hotel with: expensive rate, small rooms, poor connectivity for wifi and mobile services, and extremely busy with high volumes of people checking in and out. If you've never stayed here, then one or two nights is good enough for the experience. There are better options and values within Old Quebec that are worth considering all within the heart of the city.
