First we tried to find the place and the entire road was blocked off for construction and the road was dirt. Then we attempted to contact them to find out what was going on through hotels.com and the clerk said that there was no problem or construction going on, a complete lie. Attempted to get money back because we couldn't get our luggage through the dirt and didn't want to carry everything 8 blocks and through a construction site, which should be perfect understandable, but they wanted to play hard ball. So, I will publicly denounce them to my many followers on every social media site.

Je vous la recommande à 1000/100. L endroit proche de tout les lieux touristiques et les restaurants du petit Champlain, notre hébergement été très chaleureux, propre ,lumineux et très spacieux. On reviendra sans hesitation

Great staff, nice room, bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pillow was stained, and the faucet was not working correctly, had scalding water unable to be adjusted.

Parking instructions could be more thorough Details of no luggage storage at done properties & not others is inaccurate Frying pans are pretty bad Just feedback I really loved my stay. Just details to improve on

The whole experience was really good. The loft has everything you need very well maintained. Great for couples.
