Staff was courteous, the jacuzzi didn’t work due to electrical issues. I declined to move rooms, because I could work with what I had. Room was clean, no bugs noticed. Would stay again.

Quality Inn & Suites Aiken South
Refrigerator truck parked outside our room. Running until after 1.30am after we called front desk. We had to leave early so had no sleep. When we were leaving a dog was loose in the corridor and peed up the wall. Very very disappointed. Guy on front desk was pleasant but couldn’t speak much English ...

Had an unresolved issue with a leak in the bathroom. Cleaned it up with towels and did not replace those towels. Did not receive housekeeping while this was going on. Did not partake in breakfast as options are very limited. I did receive good customer service, an effort was made in that area.
