"Great hotel, we always enjoy the rooftop bar. Location and cleanliness, top notch. Only con is the valet-we’re dealing with a $200 parking ticket that was while they had our car. Valet staff said it happens “all the time,” and they’re supposed to be handling it. We’ll see."
