It was like a apartment, loved it

Clean room, nice and helpful staff

Very appreciative of the fact that April who worked the front desk allowed us to check in early after a tiring trip from OBX. Our keycards didn’t work and it turned out the battery in our keypad needed replacing. Bedroom was situated across from the elevators so we didn’t have a very relaxing stay. There were constant noise coming from the elevator area and/or guests banging their doors when entering or leaving. We requested a late check out and front desk clerk was very reluctant even after mentioning the noisy night we had due to people talking too loudly coming from/to the elevators. Bathroom counter was very small but for an overnight stay, it was adequate. Beds were comfortable although not enough to keep a restful experience.
