We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We also experienced delays in receiving additional towels and found that the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day. To Carol’s credit, she was communicative throughout our stay and worked to address our concerns. We were also provided a discount in recognition of the issues we experienced. This property has a lot of potential because of its location and overall layout. If the maintenance and security items are addressed, I would consider staying here again. I wanted to provide an honest review so future guests have an accurate picture of both the positives and the areas that need improvement.

The room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Would like to suggest a type of nightlight for the bathroom, for those who do need a visit during the night! Mouthwash would be something else to provide. Enjoyed the tasting menu dinner at 1 kitchen and the rooftop bar/lounge, great city views

The room was exactly what I needed. It was very clean, quiet and convenient to everything I was looking for. Check in and check out process was so simple. I would recommend this place anytime.

Great neighborhood. Lovely stay.

We shared a two-bedroom suite with my sister and brother-in-law. It worked perfectly for our needs. Close walk to Broadway. Marvin was very friendly and very helpful. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the parking; there is no guarantee you will get a parking spot upon returning to the property even after you pay approximately $40 for your parking spot.

Location was excellent and room was great. We not downfall was the AC was just in the living room so bedroom was warm and there is a coffee shop that blasts music all day starting at 6am. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would do it again.
